REAL FRIES

REAL FRIES for EATING RIGHT

Wash potatoes and cut them into thin chip slices or wedges. 
Let the Potato sit out until they dry. 
Put Wax paper over the pan and lay down the cut pieces of the potato. 
Pour some salt and pepper onto the fries but you don't need too much salt because of the salt 
in the Ketchup.
You can also try many different spices to see what
 you like best.
  Set Oven to 450. and put the pan in and wait for 15 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the sides. 
I'll put homemade recipes for Ketchup's and sauces for the fries on a later date but for now just buy a low sodium ketchup without high fructose corn-syrup. 
then enjoy.
If you put the fries on the Wax Paper while wet 
The fries will cook and get stuck on 
the wax paper.

REAL Frozen NO-gurt...Ice Cream


REAL Frozen NO-gurt Ice Cream

There is many combinations possible.
Strawberry Banana 
Chocolate
Blue Berry Banana 
Peach Banana
plain Banana
Mint
Orange 
Cinnamon
Peppermint  
Vanilla 
Tropical
Mean Green 
Cherry
Blackberry
Any combination would work 
You can make any flavor of ice cream
with berries and Fruits.
For The Mint, Vanilla, Peppermint and Orange I add Organic Extracts to The Frozen Banana Ice Cream. For Chocolate I add Cacao Powder.

When Making any Fruit Ice Cream I use Banana as the staple to make the Ice cream more Creamy and Sweet. You can use any blender or food processor.

Directions

1. Freeze Bananas
Depending on the amount you want to make you will want to freeze 5 large bananas for one large bowl or use 15 large bananas for a blender full. 

2. put Bananas in the blender 
Start pulsing and start adding a little water at a time to help blend.

3. once its smooth and blended add your desired berry, fruit, extract or even Vegetable.
Blend until smooth. Depending on how strong you want the Ice Cream just keep adding desired compliment.

4. put into the freezer until desired consistency. 
Then Enjoy

Cinnamon Date Dip


Cinnamon Date Dip 

1.Pitted Dates
2.Vanilla Almond Milk
3.Cinnamon 

Soak Dates in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes
Drain the Dates and add to Blender
Start Pulsing 
Add Almond Milk as you blend
For every cup of Dates I add 1/2 cup Almond milk.
add a dash of cinnamon and blend till smooth. 

You can make it as thick or thin as you like by adding more or less almond milk and add more cinnamon for a stronger taste.
